I read Chasing Crazy by Kelly Siskind a while ago and when I think of this book... well, let's say the feelies return and I'm reduced to a giggling romantic fool (the same way I was while reading). Some books simply connect with a reader, simply grab us by the heartstrings (and in this case, other body parts), and keep us imprisoned for the entire duration of our read. Sometimes I couldn't read fast enough or stopped to re-read a passage and sigh (and reach for chocolates). Let me say I didn't want my time with Nina and Sam to end. I was having that GOOD a time with them. 

Chasing Crazy is close to book perfection. A New Adult contemporary that does it all: memorable characters, easily quotable, entertaining, charming, captivating and makes one swoon. Nina and her escapades are hilarious, Sam hits just the right balance of what makes our girlish hearts flutter and together they make for one great read. I can't believe this is the author's debut novel. An instant fan, I can't wait to see what she gives us next.

Scarred and broken, fun and wildly imaginative, this couple held my attention the entire time and the location--New Zealand! I already want to visit this glorious land after watching The Lord of the Rings movies, but now I want to grab a backpack and trek across its lands. Hey, maybe I'll find a Sam of my own.
