A mad-cap, wacky picture book frolic with Toucan as he demonstrates all the things he can do! A tongue-twisting, high-energy, ludicrous rhyme full of hilarity and off-the-wall characters. Toucan can do lots of things. Toucan dances, Toucan sings. Toucan bangs a frying pan. Can YOU do what Toucan can?
"Can Toucan do what You can do?" As the story progresses, each page becomes filled with more and more characters and their ensuing wackiness. This is very cute but can get very busy. Sometimes the rhyme and word play didn't work that well for me, but the art certainly kept my interest. After all, the book is described as "mad-cap" and Toucan Can! is certainly that.
