Love mysteries? Love playing games? Puzzle interest you? If you said yes to one or all three, Alibi is for you. The body of a teen girl, Abigail, is found. Now the crime has to be solved. What better way than having each suspect tell his or her own story? Four authors. Four distinct points-of-view. All of this adds up to some mighty fascinating reading. Each story is revealed through that person's "alibi" and I loved the concept--genius. This group is connected in ways which are revealed over time. With a n intriguing premise, I found myself flipping at times from thinking the 'baddie' was the insecure Ace to his cousin Charles or it could have be the girls, Rowan or Palmer. Since I read the omnibus edition containing all four books, I found reading the repeated conversations and such repetitive so by the third book, I was bypassing certain sections. I wished the execution of this part could have been handled differently. Each volume seemed to end hurriedly with no aftermath or explanation so I felt a little cheated. Otherwise, I found Alibi engaging.
