I have already read Surrender and have experienced the glorious wonder of Avristar and Kaliel's story. The audio version, narrated by Rachel Siegel, brought a new dimension to this epic tale of fantasy. Paille really shines when it comes to description and world building and Siegel brought this aspect to life. There were times, especially during the dialogue, when I would have liked a bit more emotion and inflection in her voice as the different characters. I did enjoy the audio version very much.
