In Our Mailbox

Since we created a page for the In My Mailbox feature, we only showcase the unique items we receive in individual posts. Last month we learned we'd the Grand Prize for author Lacey Weatherford's contest during the Menage A Blog days. What an incredible amount of goodies! We wanted to show everyone what it looked like and to publicly thank The Romance Diva, Lacey.

Goodies, goodies and more goodies!

The box that was delivered was ginormous! It took all three of us to get it open. The wicker basket was huge and we quickly filled it with all the spa-like items from the box: bath oil, soaps, gems, lotion, sponge, a tri-level scented candle (also huge and smells yummy) and two plush towels.

There was a box of deliciously sinful chocolates (luckily there's three of us to divvy up these delectables), a CD of relaxing sounds (love the beach scene on front), an autographed copy of The Dark Rising, an scoop neck style T-shirt (which Caity has claimed) that proudly proclaims to the world I Heart Vance (who doesn't???), plenty of swag (bookmarks, postcards and buttons) and a lovely picture frame.

The frame, coincidentally, is to hold a little something something we received separately--an autographed picture of actor Matt Lanter (you know, from the movies Vampires Suck, Disaster Movie, Liam Court on the CW's 90210, provides the voice for Anakin from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, as well as a bunch of other characters). We agree with Lacey that he'd make a GREAT Vance Magnum.

Out of 800+ entries we won and we are grateful. Thank you Matt and THANK YOU Lacey!
